South West District Palliative Care
Since 1997 South West District Palliative Care has worked to support end of life care for clients and their families in the Towns of Stonewall and Teulon and the surrounding municipalities of Rosser, Rockwood, Woodlands and part of Armstrong. The SWDPC program which includes volunteer support, education, and equipment purchases is offered in conjunction with the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, but is completely dependent on donations and community support for its funding.

Nav-CARE is a volunteer service designed to help persons living with declining health to live better. The goal of Nav-CARE is to provide specially trained, mentored and experienced volunteers to work with persons and their families/ significant others, living with declining health to improve their quality of life.
